1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the bhk33 platform (available at bhk33.app and any associated mobile-optimised URLs), you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the bhk33 platform, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently active on bhk33.

bhk33 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi government authority. If a player is found to be underage, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration

• Not register more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address. Multiple accounts constitute a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not register on behalf of, or allow the use of your account by, any other person.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bhk33 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. All players will be required to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. Verification may also be triggered at any point during the player's account lifecycle at bhk33's discretion. Required documents typically include:

• Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your registered address, dated within the last 3 months.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bhk33 targets an average withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts using bKash and Nagad, though processing times may vary during periods of high demand or in cases where additional verification is required.

bhk33 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within a rolling 24-hour period. Such checks may require submission of additional documentation and may extend the withdrawal processing time by up to 72 hours.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bhk33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to a bonus wallet separate from your real-money BDT balance. Bonus funds must complete the stated wagering requirement before they are transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period and are forfeited without compensation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games offered on bhk33 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each product category:

Sports Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. bhk33 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets, except in cases of manifest error (see below).
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with bhk33's sport-specific rules, which are published in the bhk33 help centre. As a general rule, bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned unless a minimum percentage of the event has been completed.
• bhk33 reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet, or restrict a player's access to specific markets if there is a reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information, or any other integrity-related concern.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. Limits vary by sport, event type, and player account tier. bhk33 reserves the right to adjust individual player limits at any time without prior notice.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to brief suspensions during key match events (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football). Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.

Casino & Slots

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by globally audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during any casino game session, the affected round will be voided and the player's stake will be returned to their account balance.

Manifest Error

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bhk33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus funds), and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; impersonating another individual.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or matched betting across multiple accounts.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, screen scrapers, or any automated tool to place bets, play games, or harvest data from bhk33.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between bhk33 and other platforms to guarantee profit with minimal risk.
• Match-fixing or insider betting: Placing bets with access to non-public information, or in any way connected to attempts to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Money laundering: Using bhk33 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. bhk33 complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the bhk33 platform, its databases, or its servers.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bhk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from a payment provider associated with the player's account.
• Player request for self-exclusion under bhk33's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure.

Upon permanent closure of an account for non-prohibited-conduct reasons (e.g., player request, voluntary self-exclusion), any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bhk33 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance as a remedy for losses suffered by the Company as a result of the breach.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bhk33 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "bhk33", logos, design elements, page layouts, written content, software, game assets supplied by partner studios, and any other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through bhk33.app — is the exclusive property of bhk33 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bhk33 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bhk33 content without express written permission.
• Use the bhk33 brand name, logo, or any associated trademark in connection with any third-party product, service, or website.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to technical failure, network interruption, or platform downtime.
• Losses incurred as a result of your own betting or gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or bank partners).
• Data loss or corruption resulting from device or network failure on the player's side.

bhk33 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability and accurate odds and game data, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated via the bhk33 platform wherever possible.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bhk33 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will endeavour to provide a full resolution within 28 calendar days of receiving complete information from all parties involved.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive method of dispute resolution. Nothing in this clause prevents bhk33 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in cases of urgency or where irreparable harm is threatened.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bhk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bhk33 will:
